In Belarus, the following types of visas:
visa for entry into the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter - the visa);

* Have at least two blank pages intended for visas;
* Have a validity exceeding the intended date of departure of the foreigner from the territory of the Republic of Belarus for at least 90 days.

For citizens of the states in the migration of prosperous, a simplified visa procedure, which does not require a visa support documents proving the purpose and conditions of travel visas for up to 30 days of entry in order to implement a business trip or on private affairs.

6) confirmation of payment of consular fee.
In the Republic of Belarus the following types of visas:
B - transit;
C - Short-term, valid for up to 90 days;
D - Long-term, valid for up to one year with the right of stay of 90 days, unless otherwise stipulated in international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
Entry visas are divided into single, double and multiple.
Single entry visa entitles a single entry, stay and departure from the Republic of Belarus for the period specified in the entry visa period and for a specified number of days of stay, but no more than 90 days.
Double entry visa entitles you to double entry, stay and departure from the Republic of Belarus for the period specified in the entry visa period and for a specified number of days of stay, but no more than 90 days.
Multiple entry visa entitles you to a multiple (more than 2 times) the entry, stay and departure from the Republic of Belarus for the period specified in the entry visa period and for a specified number of days of stay, but no more than 90 days per year, unless otherwise stipulated in international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
An application for an alien shall issue an entry visa by a consular officer on the basis of documents submitted, the results of the check and an interview within 5 working days from the date of application (in a matter of urgency - within 48 hours) and is final.
A consular officer may reduce the multiplicity and the validity of the visa.
The consular officer is not obliged to give reasons for refusal of a visa.

exit visa;

Transit visa (type B) is issued in order to transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the stated period, but not more than 1 year, and is valid for 2 days from the date of entry of a foreigner in the Republic of Belarus.
A transit visa is issued for single, double and multiple movements across the Republic of Belarus in case the foreigner visa of the country in which he goes through the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

Citizens of countries successful in the migration of short-term visa for tourism purposes may be issued on the basis of:
copies of petitions drawn up properly, including transmitted by facsimile or other means of communication;
confirmation of the reservation in the collective and individual means of accommodation received by facsimile or other communication channels, for a period of documented armor

for long-term visa (type D) multiple-entry into the Republic of Belarus for a period of usually at 1 year with the right of stay of 90 days per year, unless otherwise stipulated in international treaties of the Republic of Belarus in order to:
- Maintain business contacts, participation in sports / cultural activities:

3) copies of the agreement (contract, cooperative agreements) between the Belarusian legal person and a foreigner or foreign organization, in which it operates, confirming the existence of stable business relationship, or documents of the Belarusian legal entities (including statutory), confirming that the foreigner is director or founder of a commercial organization with foreign investment (foreign or joint organization), stamped by Belarusian legal entity, or organization seal, has concluded an agreement (contract, agreement on cooperation) with the Belarusian legal entity, or a copy, verified by a consular officer with the original;
4) in the case of a foreigner in an organization which has concluded an agreement (contract, agreement on cooperation) with the Belarusian legal entity - a document certifying the work, issued on the letterhead of the foreign organization and signed by its head;
5) if required by the decision of a consular officer - other documents confirming the information contained in the petition and the availability of business contacts.
Long-stay visa in order to maintain business contacts can be made either at the request of a foreign company or bank in the Republic of Belarus to issue a visa:
managers and employees of a foreign company or bank in the Republic of Belarus;
founders, managers and employees of a foreign enterprise (organization), which opened this office - in order to monitor the work of the offices or other activities directly related to the work of representation.

Multiple long-term visa is also issued at the direction of the Civil Code Foreign Ministry on basis of the Civil Code Foreign claims of national governments, regional and Minsk city executive committee.
